Welcome to the monthly kit advent! This listing is for two-month subscription ($99 per month) + two-month shipping.

12 months, 12 kits. Every month, you will receive a kit, thoughtfully curated with an accessory knitting pattern, yarn for the pattern and handmade knitting tools/accessories.

The fourth subscription box is the midaumtun kit and will ship in September 2024.

Note: If you start after June 2024, you will not receive 12 boxes. You will receive the remaining months up to June 2025. Your billing will correspond to the boxes you receive.

Frequently asked questions

How does subscription work?
To access the subscription savings, you have to sign up for a minimum of two months. You will be billed once every two months for the total price + shipping of two kits. If you want one kit, please purchase one-off kits at full price.

What is included in a kit?
A kit will include a multilingual knitting pattern, at least 2 up to 4/5 skeins of yarn, a knitting accessory/tool. Additions: project bags, trinkets, dishes, charms, posters, home goods.

What yarn is included?
We include a wide variety of yarn in the kits so our knitters can sample different yarns. They will all be natural fibers. In the past, we have used tukuwool, biches et buches, and drops yarn. You can preview previous kits we offer here.

What knitting tools and accessories are included?
All tools and accessories we provide are one of a kind and handmade. They can include stitch markers, progress keepers, project bags, gauge rulers etc. We source them from all over the world and will only include items we love and use ourselves.

What colour options are there?
The colours of the yarn will be based on the sample knitted for the design. The photo in the listing are for promotional purpose and do not reflect the yarn in the kits. If the yarn maker allows for colour options, subscribers will be able to choose.

What kind of knitting patterns are included?
The patterns are accessories - hats, mitts, scarves, socks, home goods etc.

Are they new designs?
Most of the designs are brand new and some are currently published bestsellers.

What level will the designs be?
They will be advanced beginner and up.

How much is the subscription?
$99 canadian dollars + shipping per month. The listing is for two subscriptions (minimum order for to access subscription savings).

How often will I receive a kit?
You will receive one kit each month.

Do I have to subscribe for 12 months?
You can cancel your subscription at any time. You must cancel before the 1st of each month. For example, if you cancel your subscription on October 1, the cancellation will only come into effect in November.

When do subscription starts?
To get the full 12 kits, the subscription starts in June 2024 and runs to June 2025. The boxes will ship from July 2024 to July 2025. If you started your subscription after June 2024, you will only be billed for the remaining months and receive the remaining monthly boxes.

Will there be more slots in the future?
As this is a new offering, we will evaluate as we go. Once this listing closes, we might open it once a month before we ship the monthly kits for others who might want to join midway. If you join after June 2024, you will only receive kits from the point you join. You will not receive kits from the previous months.

If I am located in Iqaluit, do I have to pay shipping?
No! If your address is in Iqaluit, you will see the local pick up option and skip the shipping fee.

Will we get to see the kits beforehand?
The kits will be a surprise - think of it as a monthly advent!

IMPORTANT: Kits are valued from $88-$120. The kits do not include special offerings like qiviut kits or kits above $150. On months that we do special offerings, we will still offer kit subscriptions.
