Hello, I am weichien, the person behind Saskie and Co.

Saskie & Co. (previously thepetiteknitter) is an ode to my little senior dwarf bunny, saskatchewan. Saskie wasn’t just a bunny – he was the chief bunspector for everything around here and, without a doubt, the best knitting buddy any knitter could ask for.

Based in the Canadian Arctic, where the long winters make crafting feel all the more cozy, Saskie’s love for warmth and comfort has transformed everything we do at Saskie & Co.

Whether you’re a seasoned knitter or a beginner, I hope you find something here that brings a little extra warmth and joy into your life – just like Saskie did for me. And just perhaps even a touch of Saskie's magic into your life.

SHOP POLICIES

  • Our digital products are crafted with care and creativity, while our physical items are lovingly handmade right here in Iqaluit, Nunavut, Canada. Be sure to grab your digital downloads within 24 hours of receiving the link. Every physical product is one-of-a-kind, so you're getting something truly special. Just a heads up—colors might look a little different on screen than they do in person.

  • We live in the Arctic, so please be patient with our shipping times! While we can’t guarantee an exact delivery date, here are the estimated shipping times:

    • Canada: 1 to 4 weeks

    • USA: 2 to 6 weeks

    • International: 3 to 9 weeks

    Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order, as we’re not responsible for incorrect addresses. Thanks for understanding!

  • Our parcels travel a long way, so we charge shipping based on Canada Post rates. Please choose your preferred shipping option at checkout. The prices below include both shipping and handling fees.

    Note: If you select untracked shipping, we are not responsible for any lost parcels.

    • International (1 - 100g): $17

    • International (101 - 250g): $19

    • International (251 - 500g): $30

    Tracked Shipping

    • Canada (1-750g): $23

    • Canada (751 - 1000g): $28

    • USA (101 - 250g): $17

  • Buyers are responsible for any customs fees or import taxes that may apply to their order. Please note, we are not responsible for any delays caused by customs. If you choose not to pay the customs fees and the item is returned to us, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund.

  • All prices are listed in Canadian dollars.

  • All sales are final, so please read the product descriptions carefully before purchasing. I do not accept returns or exchanges. Custom or personalized items cannot be returned. Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you have any issues with your order, please don’t hesitate to reach out—happy to help!

  • The processing time for ready-to-ship orders is 3 to 10 business days. Pre-orders will ship within 4 to 6 weeks from the order date. All subscription boxes are shipped the following month after your order date.
